Current Employee - Anonymous Employee says"Upper level management is, toxic. Toxic and unnecessarily restrictive to the point of many employees losing motivation and performance initiative and quality suffers for it or just leaving for lack of wanting to be exposed to that kind of unproductive environment. Some of us have been here a long time and stay in hopes that it will get better because this company and its people used to be something, we used to have something. Whatever it is, I fear it's gone now."
Former Employee - Radiographer says"New owners micro-manage from Houston, TX, All about the mighty dollar, did not want to spend money to rig out boxes for new technicians- sent them on turnaround without number boxes, IQI's ,etc, Matt had to preapprove any purchases usually leaving us shorthanded. (office supplies, bungee, tape, notepads, etc)"
Level II technician (Former Employee) says"They promised me 401k, profit sharing, 32 hour guarantee. Got rid of the guarantee shortly after my hire date, never got any profit shares or info about it when I asked. Was told they stopped matching 401k but they'd get it back. Never received a raise in my 5 years with this company and didn't get all my severance. Their upper management is a joke and they treat their guys like trash"
Radiographer level 2 (Former Employee) says"If you need one it’s a job, won’t go any further. There is no loyalty towards employees. Employees that are useless are the ones that are favorited.! Cons: Don’t care about employees"
Assistant X-ray Technician (Former Employee) says"This job had the potential to be very educational. The fact that this company hires new workers to handle radioactive material without any safety classes coming before hand is absolutely unethical. If seeing is believing, then radiation must not be real."
Sr. Area Manager - Business Development (Former Employee) says"Company is well positioned to offer NDT field services to the oil and gas industry. Offices in key locations make this an ideal NDT company to work for with opportunities in most locations."
